Nicki's Drama

Nicki Minaj VS. Keyshia Cole

Word has it Nicki Minaj and Keyshia Cole, were/is beefing over drama in the studio.  An insider there at the time stated one of Nicki's people said something out of line to Keyshia.  Well, OBVIOUSLY  Keyshia wasn't going to take that and she became of upset.  So, Mrs. Minaj jumps in the middle of the two and that's where the drama HYPHEN!  They say Keyshia was really ready to fight, but Nicki wasn't going there.  It was also said there was a lot of pushing and shoving, but no actually punches thrown. So, do you think our Barbie was acting professional like a lady or scared like a turtle under it's shell...you be the judge!!!

Nicki Minaj Poster - L Flyer PromoNicki Minaj VS. Lil Kim
"I just hit that chick with a bottle," well actually that didn't happen, but Dang it was kind of close.  Okay, for those of you who don't know how the beef started with Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim, listen up...

So, taking a trip down memory lane before Nicki even signed with Cash Money, Lil Kim says she was on her way to maybe being signed with Cash Money Records (By the way, Cash Money Records is who Lil Wayne is signed with). She said she had did a couple of studio sessions at Cash Money and felt like she was becoming a part of the family sort of speak.  She was in the Cash Money studio one day and in walks my girl Nicki Minaj.  So, Nicki Minaj was like, "girl we got to do a track together ONE DAY," and Lil Kim was like, "Girl, we can do something NOW (kinda makes Lil Kim seem desperate)."  Well, they ended up recording a track together, called "Everywhere We Go," and it was actually on itunes, but Cash Money pull it from itunes.  Cash Money did not want the attention focus on Lil Kim, but instead on Nicki Minaj, and Cash Money ended up ceasing all communication with Lil Kim.

Lil Kim goes on to say in an interview that , she saw Nicki Minaj one day some where in public, and Nicki Minaj refuse to look at her or speak to her.  But just before this happened, Nicki Minaj started rapping about Lil Kim in her rap songs, which she didn't actually call Lil Kim, by name but clearly from the lines being rapped by Nicki you could tell who she was referring to.  And Lil Kim actually said she didn't really have a problem with Nicki Minaj talking about her in her rap songs, but the problem she did have was when Nicki Minaj didn't speak to her when they passed one another in public that day.  Lil Kim says it was soooo disrespectful not to speak, and this is where the so call BEEF started.  Lil Kim said in a recent interview "If you see me SPEAK!"

Well, of course being the sophisticated Barbie my Nicki Minaj is, she said she doesn't have to address female rappers like Lil Kim, because for one reason Lil Kim is an old player in the game.  Don't get me wrong, she is good at what she does and if she was to come out with a single, it would probably be really hot.  All of us would say she still got it, but look BOO, don't be trying to over shadow someone else's spotlight when their fresh on scene trying to make a name for themselves.  And Nicki Minaj is the next best thing out right now.  So, we got love for you Lil Kim, but it's just not your time right now.

Watch Nicki Minaj Perform "Right Thru Me" on the Wendy Williams Show

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Right Thru Me Lyrics" What does this song stand-for?
One reason I feel in love with this record is Nicki Minaj is singing.  She has such a beautiful voice to me.  It
just shows the variety in her talent.  Which is needed in today's rap career.  Although, she has been compared to so many people, she has her own unique style.
I see so many different meanings of the song.  This piece of the verse sounds like a pride father, who sees no wrong in his little girl. You how sometimes, no matter what you did or how bad the situation got, daddy always has his little girl's back.  Then he tries to offer you some advice and you are kind of like whatever.
Now, this next section of a verse sounds like a best friend.  Read the lyrics below
A true best friend knows you from the inside out.  She/He know when you are having a bad day and when things just ain't right.  A friend is there when you have haters and the world is against you.  A best friend can come in all different forms: Mother, sister, cousin, brother, etc.  You will definitely be able to figure out your true friends from the fake ones, by the realness they offer.
I can definitely relate to this next verse:
 I want get all dramatic, but I will say in this verse she is talking about relationship drama.
